Settlement Update

The Food & Drug Administration has extended by six months the previously announced timeframe for U.S. Healthcare providers to transition from SYSTEM 1 to an alternate processing technology. As a result, STERIS will continue to support current SYSTEM 1 Customers in the U.S. through February 2, 2012. Note: This extension does not affect any deadlines connected to this settlement.
